The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (c.27) E+W+S

33 E+W+SIn section 103 of that Act (supplementary provision as to removal of vehicles), for subsection (3) there shall be substituted—

“(3) Regulations made under sections 99 to 102 of this Act may make different provision for different cases or classes of case or in respect of different areas.”
