The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (c.27) E+W+S

37 E+W+S In paragraph 13 of Schedule 9 to that Act (consent of Secretary of State before local authority make certain orders), after sub-paragraph (1)(d)(ii) there shall be inserted—

“(iii) a provision imposing a prohibition by virtue of paragraph (b) or (c) of that subsection, or”.
