The Coroners Act 1988 (c.13) E+W+S

41 E+W+SIn section 17 of that Act (supplementary provisions) in subsections (1)(b) and (2)(b) for the words from “section” to “driving)” there shall be substituted the words “ section 1 or 3A of the Road Traffic Act 1988 (dangerous driving or careless driving when under the influence of drink or drugs) ”.
