The Road Traffic Act 1988 (c.52) E+W+S

43 E+W+SIn section 10 of that Act (detention of persons affected by alcohol or a drug) in subsections (1) and (2) for the words “motor vehicle” in each place where they occur there shall be substituted the words “ mechanically propelled vehicle ”.
