The Road Traffic Act 1988 (c.52) E+W+S

57 E+W+S In subsection (1)(a) of section 74 of that Act (operator’s duty to inspect goods vehicles) after the word “whether” there shall be inserted the words “the following requirements are complied with, namely—

(i)”and for the words “are complied with” there shall be substituted the words

“and

(ii) the requirement that the condition of the vehicle is not such that its use on a road would involve a danger of injury to any person”.
