The Road Traffic Act 1988 (c.52) E+W+S

63 E+W+S In section 89 of that Act (tests of competence to drive) at the end of subsection (3)(a) there shall be inserted the words “ and section 36 of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 (disqualification), ”.
