There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Road Traffic Act 1991, Paragraph 71.
71E+W+SIn section 168 of that Act (offence of failing to give name and address in relation to certain offences) in paragraph (a) for the words “motor vehicle” there shall be substituted the words “ mechanically propelled vehicle ”.
