There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Road Traffic Act 1991, Paragraph 76.
76E+W+SIn section 181 of that Act (provisions as to accident inquiries) in subsections (1) and (2) for the words “motor vehicle” in each place where they occur there shall be substituted the words “ mechanically propelled vehicle ”.
