80In section 1 of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 (requirement of warning etc of prosecution of certain offences), in subsection (1) for the words “where a person” to “convicted unless” there shall be substituted the words “a person shall not be convicted of an offence to which this section applies unless”.
