In Schedule 2 to that Act (provisions relating to vehicles and their drivers) after the entry relating to section 100 of the M1Transport Act 1968 there shall be inserted the following entry—

“Section 40A of the Road Traffic Act 1988.

To create offence of using motor vehicle or trailer in dangerous condition etc.”
