Interpretation of Part II

References in this Part of this Schedule to the statutory accounts of the successor company are references to—

(a)

any accounts prepared by that company for the purposes of any provision of the M1 Companies Act 1985, including group accounts but excluding any accounts so prepared by virtue of any provision of the scheme made under paragraph 11 above; and

(b)

any statement of accounts prepared by that company under section 42 of the M2Harbours Act 1964.
