In subsection (1) of section 46 of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 (combination of disqualification and endorsement with probation orders and orders for discharge), for the words “section 13(3)” there shall be substituted the words “section 1C(3)” and the words “placed on probation or” shall cease to have effect.

In subsection (2) of that section, for the words “section 13(1)” there shall be substituted the words “section 1C(1)” and the words “placed on probation or” shall cease to have effect.
