Attendance centre orders

Subsection (2) of section 67 of this Act shall not apply in relation to attendance centre orders made before the commencement of that section.

Subsection (4) of that section shall not apply in relation to pre-existing failures to attend in accordance with an attendance centre order or pre-existing breaches of rules made under section 16(3) of the 1982 Act.

In this paragraph “pre-existing” means occurring or committed before that commencement.
