Any power to make orders under this Act shall be exercisable by statutory instrument.

A statutory instrument containing an order made under any of sections 2(4), 4(3) and 11(2) above shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.

No order shall be made under section 7(5) above unless a draft of the order has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
