8 E+W In section 21(2) of the 1986 Act (notice of order to be given by administrator), as applied by this Part of this Schedule, for the words “to the registrar of companies” there shall be substituted—

(b) F2 ... the words “to the registrar of companies, to the Director General of Water Services”.
