Supply of copies of draft orders E+W

2 E+W Where the [F1 Agency] is applying for a compulsory works order, it shall, at the request of any person and on payment by that person of such charge (if any) as the [F1 Agency] may reasonably require, furnish that person with a copy of any draft order submitted to either of the Ministers under paragraph 1 above and of any relevant map or plan.
