Where the F1Agency is applying for a compulsory works order, it shall, at the request of any person and on payment by that person of such charge (if any) as the F1Agency may reasonably require, furnish that person with a copy of any draft order submitted to either of the Ministers under paragraph 1 above and of any relevant map or plan.
