7E+WA person who intentionally obstructs another person acting in the exercise of any power to which this Schedule applies shall be guilty of an offence and [F1liable—
(a)on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum;
(b)on conviction on indictment, to a fine or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years, or to both.]
