5E+WParagraph 23 of Schedule 2 to the M1Telecommunications Act 1984 (which provides a procedure for certain cases where works involve the alteration of [F1electronic communications apparatus] ) shall apply to the [F2Agency] for the purposes of any works carried out by the [F2Agency] in exercise of any of the powers conferred by any enactment (including [F3section 37 of the 1995 Act)].
