Part I MEMBERSHIP OF FLOOD DEFENCE COMMITTEES

Resignation of office by members of local committee

6 (1)

The chairman of a local flood defence committee may resign his office at any time by giving notice to the chairman of the regional flood defence committee.

(2)

Any other member of a local flood defence committee may resign his office at any time by giving notice to the chairman of that local flood defence committee.
