201 Power to require information with respect to abstraction.

Where—
(a)
directions are given to any person under this section; and
(b)
that person considers that they are unreasonable or unduly onerous,
he may make representations to the Secretary of State with respect to the directions.
(3)
Subject to subsection (4) below, where representations are made to the Secretary of State under subsection (2) above, he may, if he thinks fit, give a direction under this section requiring the F1Agency to revoke or modify the direction.
(4)
Subsection (3) above shall not apply to any directions in so far as they require the occupier of any land to give any prescribed particulars as to the quantity or quality of water abstracted by him or on his behalf from any source of supply.
(5)
Any person who fails to comply with any directions given by the F1Agency under this section shall be guilty of an offence and liable, on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding level 1 on the standard scale.
