Without prejudice to the preceding provisions of this Schedule, nothing in the provisions of this Act shall authorise any person, except with the consent of the British Railways Board, F1Transport for London or any subsidiary (within the meaning of the Greater London Authority Act 1999) of Transport for London, or, as the case may be, the railway company in question, to interfere with—
