Section 204 of the M1Water Resources Act 1991 (confidentiality of information) shall have effect in relation to information obtained by virtue of the provisions of this Act so far as they relate to functions exercisable by or in relation to the [F1Agency][F3or the Natural Resources Body for Wales] as it has effect in relation to the information obtained as mentioned in that section.
