43E+WIn paragraphs 9 to 11 of Part II of Schedule 3 to the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986, for the words “section 112 of the Water Act 1989”, wherever they occur, there shall be substituted the words “ section 94 or 95 of the Water Resources Act 1991 ”.
