The Building Act 1984 shall be amended as follows.

In section 18(5)—
a
in the definition of “disposal main”, for the words “paragraph 1 of Schedule 19 to the Water Act 1989” there shall be substituted the words “
the Water Industry Act 1991
”
; and
b
in the definition of “map of sewers”, for the words “section 166 of the Water Act 1989” there shall be substituted the words “
section 199 of the Water Industry Act 1991
”
.

In section 25(7)—

for the words “section 65 of the Water Act 1989” there shall be substituted the words “

b
