In Schedule 1 to the Public Works Loans Act 1965—
a
in paragraph 1, for the words “section 87 of the Land Drainage Act 1976 or with any other enactment” there shall be substituted the words “
any enactment
”
; and
b
in paragraph 2, after the words “as so incorporated” there shall be inserted the words “
or as incorporated with section 55 of the Land Drainage Act 1991
”
.
