The Land Compensation Act 1973 (c. 41) E+W

23 E+W In sections 44(2) and 58(2) of the Land Compensation Act 1973, for the words “Schedule 18 to the Water Act 1989” there shall be substituted the words “ Schedule 9 to the Water Industry Act 1991 or of Schedule 18 to the Water Resources Act 1991 ”.
