25In section 25(1) of the Local Government Act 1974, in paragraph (d), for the words from “(that is to say” to “1976)” there shall (without prejudice to anything saved by paragraph 3 of Schedule 26 to the 1989 Act) be substituted the words “(within the meaning of the Water Resources Act 1991)”.
