In section 100(5) and (6) of the Highways Act 1980, for the words “Schedule 19 to the Water Act 1989” there shall be substituted the words “ sections 158, 159, 163, 165 and 168 of the Water Industry Act 1991 ”.

In section 339 of that Act of 1980, for the words “Land Drainage Act 1976”, in each place where they occur, there shall be substituted the words “ Land Drainage Act 1991 ”.
