46In section 413(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the words “section 23 or 24 of or Schedule 6 to the Water Act 1989” there shall be substituted the words “any of sections 23 to 26 of the Water Industry Act 1991 or Schedule 3 to that Act”.
