Disqualification for membership of regional flood defence committee E+W

13 E+W Where a person is disqualified for membership of a regional flood defence committee by virtue of having been adjudged bankrupt before the coming into force of the M1 Insolvency Act 1986, the rules applicable apart from the repeals made by this Act, rather than paragraph 3(2) of Schedule 4 to the M2 Water Resources Act 1991, shall apply for determining when that disqualification shall cease.
