6 U.K. In Group 11 of Schedule 6 to the Value Added Tax Act 1983 for “section 147(2) of the Capital Gains Tax Act 1979” there shall be substituted “ section 258(2) of the Taxation of Chargeable Gains Act 1992 ”.
