(1)A licence under the M1Petroleum (Production) Act 1934 or the M2Petroleum (Production) Act (Northern Ireland) 1964 is not and, subject to subsection (2) below, shall be assumed never to have been an asset falling within any of the classes in section 155.
(2)Nothing in subsection (1) above affects the determination of any Commissioners or the judgment of any court made or given before 14th May 1987.
