Subject to any provision of the arrangement to the contrary and to sub-paragraph (2) below, a partnership arrangement to which section 60A of this Act applies shall continue in force indefinitely.

The Secretary of State may withdraw approval of a partnership arrangement to which section 60A of this Act applies.

The Secretary of State shall exercise his powers under sub-paragraph (2) in accordance with the provisions of the arrangement.
