19E+WIn section 1(3) of the Education (Fees and Awards) Act 1983 (fees at universities and further education establishments)—
(a)for paragraph (b) there is substituted—
“ (b) any institution within the higher education sector ”, and
(b)after paragraph (c) there is inserted—
“ (ca) any institution within the further education sector ”.
