23In section 49(3) of that Act (appraisal of performance of teachers)—
(a)paragraphs (d) and (da) are omitted,
(b)after paragraph (da) there is inserted-
“(db)at any institution within the further education sector”, and
(c)in paragraph (e) for “(da)” there is substituted “(db)”.
