67 E+W+S In section 1(3)(a) of the Education (Student Loans) Act 1990 (loans for students)—

(a) for “131 or 132 of the M1 Education Reform Act 1988” there is substituted “ 65 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 ”, and

(b) for the words from “institutions designated” to “local education authorities” there is substituted “ institutions receiving recurrent grants towards their costs from a further education funding council ”.
