70U.K.In Schedule 3 to the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966 (exemptions from restrictions on practice of veterinary surgery), in the definition of “recognised institution” after paragraph (a)(i) there is inserted—
“(iA)an institution within the further education sector within the meaning of section 91(3) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992”.
