(2)In this Part of this Act a reference to the appropriate [F4body], in relation to any educational institution, is to be construed as follows—
(a)if the institution mainly serves the population of England, the reference is to the [F5Chief Executive of Skills Funding];
(b)if the institution mainly serves the population of Wales, the reference is to the [F6National Assembly for Wales];
(c)if the institution receives financial support from the other [F7body], the reference is to that [F7body] also.]
