52A Interpretation. E+W

(1) In this Chapter a reference to an authority is to—

(a) a billing authority [F2 in Wales], or

(b) a major precepting authority [F3 in Wales].

(2) Sections 52W and 52X below contain other interpretative provisions for the purposes of this Chapter.]
