90In section 39 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 (application of Part IV of that Act), in subsection (3), for paragraphs (c) and (d) there shall be substituted the following paragraphs—
“(c)a body to which section 118 of that Act applies;
(d)a local precepting authority, as defined in section 69 of the Local Government Finance Act 1992; or
(e)the Receiver for the Metropolitan Police District.”
