Debtors (Scotland) Act 1987 (c. 18) E+W+S

56 E+W+S In paragraph 35 of Schedule 5 to that Act, in the definition of “creditor" there shall be inserted at the end—

“(e) for the purposes of paragraph 2 of Schedule 8 to the Local Government Finance Act 1992, the levying authority.”
