In subsection (1) of section 49 of that Act (reduction or remission of liability in respect of local non-domestic rates), for the words “charging authority" there shall be substituted the words “ billing authority ”.

In subsection (2)(b) of that section, for the words “subject to its community charges" there shall be substituted the words “ liable to pay council tax set by it ”.
