93In paragraph 6 of Schedule 7 to the Natural Heritage (Scotland) Act 1991 (provisions regarding drought orders), for the words from “community water charge” to the end there shall be substituted the words “council water charge imposed under Part I of Schedule 11 to the Local Government Finance Act 1992.”
