In subsection (1) of section 63 of that Act (adjudication), for paragraphs (b) and (c) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—

council tax benefit,

In subsection (3) of that section, for the words “community charge benefits" there shall be substituted the words “ council tax benefit ”.
