7E+WA member of the Commission who is directly or indirectly interested in any matter brought up for consideration at a meeting of the Commission shall disclose the nature of his interest to the meeting; and where such a disclosure is made the member shall not take part in any deliberation or decision of the Commission with respect to that matter.
