SCHEDULE 9 U.K. Miscellaneous and consequential amendments

Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 1970 (c. 44) E+W+S

3 E+W+S In subsection (2) of section 8 of the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 1970 (access to, and facilities at, university and school buildings) for paragraph (c) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—

“(c) educational establishments within the meaning of section 135(1)

of the Education (Scotland) Act 1980.”
