Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 1992

61 Interpretation. S

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—

• “the 1980 Act” means the M1 Education (Scotland) Act 1980

• [F1 “the Council" means the Scottish Further and Higher Education Funding Council;] and

• “ prescribed ” means prescribed by order or by regulations made by the Secretary of State.
