Part I U.K. General Mode of Application

2 U.K. Subject to the following provisions of this Schedule, the enactments apply to the winding up of incorporated friendly societies as they apply to the winding up of companies registered under the M1 Companies Act 1985 or (as the case may be) the M2 Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986.
