In section 93—

a

in subsection (1)(b), for the words from the beginning to “dissolution" there shall be substituted the words “ by an instrument of dissolution approved by a special resolution of the society or branch; ”;

b

in subsection (1)(c), after the words “section 95(3)" there shall be inserted the words “ or 95A(1) ”; and

c

in subsection (3), for the words from “to the county" to “within" there shall be substituted the words

a

in England and Wales, to the county court for the district,

b

in Scotland, to the sheriff of the sheriffdom, or

c

in Northern Ireland, to the county court for the division,
